Responsibilities:
In charge of the food preparation for dining rooms, room service and catered banquets. prepares and serves the dishes and supervises the various assistant chefs and support staff to that end. The chef steward and her staff also must handle clean up and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas.
Has responsibility for sourcing and purchasing food.
Responsible for the administration of his working area, so having supervisory skills in communication, performance management and leadership help.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): must handle, clean up and maintenance, of the kitchen.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Job role in Food Preparation/Kitchen Hand or Others.
