Responsibilities:
* Engineering or its equivalent.
* Responsible to determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites
* Responsible for the Inspections and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
* Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer
* Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the projec
* Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
* Responsible for the evaluation of construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans, using computers.
* Responsible for the Direct acquisition of land for other construction projects.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Qatar.
* Male 25 – 45 years old
* Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
* With good communication skills.
* Willing to work under pressure.
